A True Investment in Quality Control
QUALITY STATEMENT
“Precision Technologies, Inc. provides and supports our valued customers with the highest quality products and services that satisfy their requirements and expectations while effectively utilizing continuous improvement to achieve this goal. PTI will comply with applicable regulatory requirements.”
At Precision Technologies, quality control starts in the manufacturing process—long before a component reaches final inspection.
We have implemented a stringent in-process procedure where employees and the quality control department inspect for accuracy during each operation.
Once completed, the component then returns to the QC department for final inspection. QC documentation and calibration are essential for producing a component that meets your specifications.
We exceed industry standards by calibrating our equipment and updating our records more frequently than required.
Our Quality Control department does exactly that. Controls are put in place for every job that goes through our shop by inspecting in-process parts at every operation. Not only are they inspected by QC department, but each job must conform to in-process inspection control sheet criteria that the machinist must inspect and complete as well.
First article inspection, sampling plans, SPC, Gage R&R, Capability Studies and Process Control Plans are common practice in establishing quality assurance of your projects.
